A new home

Well, this is actually an alpaca, not a llama… I think.

After seeing the mysterious 2-legged llama & gorgeous Peru photos over at Rhymester UK, I suddenly remembered this alpaca from this spring.

This fellow was small and fluffy and cute, but while he was not scared of people he wasn’t particularly cuddly with anyone except his owner.

I found myself as captivated by him as the little kids gathering around did. Would’ve stood there snapping photos of the creature all day if I hadn’t been in a rush!
